Jared Schofield, E.I.T.
Jim has been working in the Land Surveying industry since 1976, and is licensed in the state of Utah. Jim’s experience includes section corner research in the field and county offices, aerial mapping, land ownership research, calculations and preparation of legal rights-of-ways and easement documents. Jim performs topographic surveys, ALTA Surveys, prepares plats and legal documents, horizontal and vertical control grids for contractors and surveyors on project sites. He is skilled at establishing control networks using conventional survey equipment and GPS equipment. He has served as project surveyor for large scale public and private projects with a great amount of responsibility.

Jared became a fulltime member of Cook-Sanders Associates, Inc. as a Civil Engineer-in-Training in January of 2008. Prior to that, Jared attended the University of Wyoming where he engaged in studying engineering and surveying principles. During his summers as a student Mr. Schofield worked for Cook-Sanders Associates as part of survey crews for many projects. Included in these projects are pipeline surveys for Williams Northwest Pipeline, Questar Gas, and Plains Pipeline. Jared also posses experience in drafting, subdivision layout and design, right-of-ways, ownership research, design surveys, property surveys, and good knowledge of construction processes. Jared is certified in the state of Wyoming as a Civil Engineer-in-Training and is also in pursuit of Land Surveyor-in-Training certification. He also holds certifications from The American Concrete Institute (ACI) and Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) as a Materials Testing Technician Grade 1.

She has served as project surveyor for public and private projects with a large amount of responsibility. She is skilled at establishing control networks using conventional survey equipment and GPS equipment. She attend Salt Lake Community College, with a Associate of Science.
Scott Hancock, Sr. CAD Designer
Scott has been drafting since 1987. His experience includes base mapping, cut and fill calculations, pipeline and power corridors, building and subdivision layouts, right-of-way plats and property plats. Scott is proficient in Auto Cad and MicroStation and all CAD system software applications. Scott is extremely detail oriented and conscientious in his work. His field surveying background and knowledge of civil design applications has made him a well rounded design professional.
David Schmitt, Sr. Project Surveyor
David has been servicing the professional land surveying and civil engineering industry since 1995. David's experience includes project surveyor, project management, draftsman, and survey technician. He has worked on many projects, where his responsibilities have included pipeline routing, centerline design, and pipeline as-built. He has experience as a crew chief running three man conventional and GPS crews. He is well experienced in Auto Cad Drafting and reviewing Survey Data. David is also an Instrument Rated Pilot.
