David has been servicing the professional land surveying industry since 1993. David has been the overall project manager over CSA's portion on the Ruby Pipleine. David's experience includes aerial mapping and land ownership research. He has served as project surveyor for public and private projects with a large amount of responsibility. He performs topographic surveys, ALTA Surveys, horizontal and vertical control grids for contractors and surveyors on project sites. He is skilled at establishing control networks using conventional survey equipment and GPS equipment.

Teresa has been servicing the professional land industry since 1996. Teresa’s experience includes pipeline as-builts, centerline design, pipeline routing, land ownership research and Arial mapping. She has served as project surveyor for public and private projects with a large amount of responsibility. She performs topographic surveys; horizontal and vertical control grids for contractors and surveyors on project sites. She is skilled at establishing control networks using conventional survey equipment and GPS equipment. She attend Salt Lake Community College, with a Associate of Science.

David has been servicing the professional land surveying and civil engineering industry since 1986. David's experience includes project management and inspection, water treatment plants, water transmission lines and Dams. He has ample experience GIS. He has created land ownerships, roads, pipelines, and mapping. Mr. Peterson is affiliated with many companies, the Federal Highway Administration, certified with the National Bridge Inspection, certified with the American Concrete Institute and the Nuclear Density Gauge.

Scott has been drafting since 1987. His experience includes base mapping, cut and fill calculations, pipeline and power corridors, building and subdivision layouts, right-of-way plats and property plats. Scott is proficient in Auto Cad and MicroStation and all CAD system software applications. Scott is extremely detail oriented and conscientious in his work. His field surveying background and knowledge of civil design applications has made him a well rounded design professional.
