Bear River Greenway Project – Design and Construction Management for the development of parking and pathways for the City of Evanston Ice Ponds recreational area
Uinta County Water and Sewer District – Survey and easement acquisition for the construction of the Bear River Regional Joint Powers Board 2008 Water Improvement Project. This project includes 20 plus miles of 6” to 14” water mains and associated distribution line to provide service to 400 plus new users in the Town of Bear River, Wyoming and the “Gap” users in Uinta County between Bear River and the City of Evanston. Cook-Sanders also acts as the Town of Bear River Municipal Engineers as well as District engineer.
City Shop #2 - Design and Construction Management for the development of Bear River access, parking, picnic areas and pathways for the City of Evanston Red Bridge access to the Ice Ponds recreational area.
Water storage tank grant application and construction cost estimate. Project manager for the design and construction management for a 250,000-gallon water storage tank.
Liberty and Constitution curb and gutter replacement. Project manager for 6700’ of existing curb replacement and portions of roadway. Responsible for construction and design cost estimates. Design and project QA/QC.
Preliminary survey for expansion of airport in Fort Bridger, Wyoming. Set project control and calibration. Completed section corner research and ties for land acquisitions. Created legal exhibits for land transfers. Compiled construction staking data for survey crews.
